On October 29, 2024, the TWIN SYNERGIES project hosted a dedicated Innovation Management Coaching session (inside WP3) for proposal creation. This online session, which ran from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., provided participants with in-depth insights into essential theories and tools for improving Horizon proposals, including Innovation Categories, Objectives, PEERT, SWOT, and KPIs and practical guidance on developing innovation strategies and roadmaps.
The interactive two-part approach of the coaching session was intended to encourage active engagement from partner organisations. This collaborative approach is critical to our common objective of providing effective, high-quality project proposals.
