Strategic Communication Coaching – Event Summary

On 24 June 2025, Steinbeis Europa Zentrum | Steinbeis 2i GmbH hosted an online coaching session focused on Strategic Communication as part of the Twin Synergies project.

Participants engaged in practical exercises to strengthen their communication skills across verbal, non-verbal, and written channels. Key topics included the seven Cs of communication, interactive retention methods, and proven feedback models such as the Feedback Sandwich and 3P’s Method.

The session combined theory and learning-by-doing approaches, helping participants apply strategic communication techniques directly in their work.
