From April 8 to 10, 2025, Algebra University in Zagreb hosted the second Training on EU Proposal Writing and the Steering Committee Meeting for the Twin Synergies project. The event brought together partners across Europe to enhance proposal development skills, review project progress, and strengthen collaboration for future steps in the project lifecycle.
The training, led by Steinbeis Europa Zentrum, focused on Horizon Europe (HE) funding — including call topic analysis, conceptual design, and budget planning — especially under Widening Participation and Cluster 4 – Digital, Industry & Space. Participants engaged in practical sessions and group work aimed at refining project ideas.
The Steering Committee, coordinated by FIŠ, offered a space to present updates on WP3 and WP4, share challenges, and align on timelines and actions moving forward. Contributions from the Development Agency Zagreb and Algebra University’s T4.4 activities enriched the strategic dialogue and highlighted innovation support practices in Croatia.
We thank all the participants and organizing teams, especially our hosts at Algebra University, for making this event a resounding success. The event not only fostered knowledge exchange but also strengthened our collective drive toward impactful research and innovation.
