The TWIN SYNERGIES consortium gathered on March 24, 2026, at the University of Craiova for the project’s third and final Steering Committee (SCOM) meeting. This meeting marked a key milestone as the project approaches its final phase.
The main objective of the meeting was to review the overall project progress, including updates from all work packages (WP1–WP6), assess key performance indicators, and identify any remaining actions required for successful project closure. Work package leaders presented concise overviews of implementation status, lessons learned, and outstanding inputs needed for final reporting.
In addition, the meeting focused on strengthening collaboration among partners, ensuring alignment on timelines, and preparing final deliverables and administrative closure by the end of April 2026. A dedicated session addressed cross-cutting aspects such as coordination, reporting readiness, and risk management in the final phase.
Beyond formal discussions, the agenda also included team-building activities, reflecting the project’s collaborative spirit and reinforcing partnerships across the consortium.
The 3rd SCOM meeting confirmed the strong commitment of all partners to achieving the project’s objectives and maximizing its long-term impact in supporting synergies between research, innovation, and regional development policies.
